4. Payment Terms

5. Responsibilities of the Client
Clients are expected to:

6. Responsibilities of the Service Provider
Our responsibilities include:

- Ensuring all waste is disposed of in accordance with environmental regulations.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of any sensitive information encountered during service.
- Addressing any service issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
7. Liability
Business Waste Removal Knightsbridge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
- We are not responsible for any damage caused by the Client’s negligence or misuse of our services.
- Clients are liable for ensuring that hazardous materials are appropriately declared and handled.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the Agreement with a written notice of 30 days. Upon termination:
- All outstanding payments must be settled.
- The Service Provider will complete any services that are in progress at the time of termination.
- Clients must ensure the removal of any remaining waste on their premises.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London.
10. Amendments
Business Waste Removal Knightsbridge reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the Agreement. This obligation survives the termination of the Agreement.
12. Force Majeure
The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or governmental actions.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire Agreement between the Client and the Service Provider, superseding all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind.
